Toyota Proace 2021 started building a mini camper

I am selling for economic reasons. A mini camper build has been started on an excellent Toyota Proace base from the end of 2021, and it was registered at the end of January 2022. For most of the time the car drove to Germany with medicines, hence this excellent condition for a mileage of 240 thousand. The car has been and is serviced on an ongoing basis. A few thousand kilometers ago, the complete timing belt and oil were replaced along with the filters. You could say the car is accident-free except for the replacement of the rear side doors. The repair was carried out at a service center, for which I have documents and extracts from the individual service centers. The car is in perfect condition with no dents and it is not made for sale. Two months ago I started building, on this base, a mini camper. I installed a tow hitch for a bike rack. I have a Thule rack for three bikes. It is only a year old and cost me close to 3 thousand, and I am including it with the car as well. The bed construction is stable and durable. I made it from pine wood. I am including a 200 x 140 cm inflatable mattress purchased at Decathlon - very sturdy. The construction is designed so that underneath the bed you can fit plenty of goods and necessary items, e.g. for a weekend trip and getting out of town. I also installed the required roof window - the camper window Dometik 40 x40 cm. The window opens in three planes and it is 100% sealed. The bed construction is removable, and then the car can be used as a van. I’m selling this nice car because I urgently need money to develop my business. I value the car at 55 thousand, including the bike rack and all the conversion. Slight negotiation is possible.
